3. Property Listings

3.1 Accuracy of Information

While we strive to ensure the accuracy of property listings, information is provided "as is" and may be subject to change. We recommend verifying all details directly with property owners or agents before making any decisions.

3.2 Third-Party Listings

Some properties listed on our platform are provided by third-party property owners and agents. We are not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or legality of third-party listings.

4. Visit Bookings and Translator Services

4.1 Booking Policy

Property visit bookings are subject to availability. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule visits with reasonable notice.

4.2 Translator Service Fees

Translator services are charged separately and must be paid at the time of booking. Fees are non-refundable except in cases of cancellation by Casa México Real Estate.

4.3 Cancellation Policy

• By Client: Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled visit: full refund of translator fees. Less than 48 hours: no refund.
• By Casa México: Full refund if we cancel or reschedule.

5. Payments

5.1 Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store credit card information on our servers.

5.2 Currency

All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise specified. Exchange rates may apply.

5.3 Refunds

Refunds are subject to our cancellation policy and will be processed within 7-10 business days.

6. User Responsibilities

As a user of our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account
• Use the services lawfully and ethically
• Respect property owners, agents, and translators
• Honor scheduled appointments

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Casa México Real Estate website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Casa México Real Estate or its content suppliers and is protected by Mexican and international copyright laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

Casa México Real Estate is not liable for:

• Decisions made based on property information provided
• Actions or omissions of third-party property owners or agents
• Changes in Mexican real estate laws or regulations
• Market fluctuations or property value changes
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Casa México Real Estate provides real estate services only. We are not a law firm or tax advisory service. Any legal or tax information provided is for general informational purposes only and should not be construed as professional advice. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Mexico. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Quintana Roo, Mexico.
